Guoman Port Dickson Resort, Kampong si Rusa

well..i've been here like at least twice a year without fail! it feels like heaven just to arrive at the entrance itself..i've read a few of the comments saying that the receptionist are inconsiderable etc..well to me..why wait? there's a lot of things u can do while waiting for check ins..there's game station downstairs..and very comfortable waiting lounge..it never disappoints me at all..great stays..i remember being very demanding each time and yet they never let us down..that's the best thing about guoman..feels like home..only with beaches..and great pools..and great customer service..worth every penny! enjoy ur stay!

The place was very nice and i love it.... the staff are so friendly.... and the foods are also very nice... thak 4 every thing i'll come there for my next visit...

i have been the guoman several times over the years and it has steadily improved but this years trip i felt disappointed as there seemed to be staff shortages, service was bad and things seeemed a bit disorganized. the renovations done the past years are great but the rooms still need to be upgraded. i hope they continue to improve.

The receptionist is unfriendly and uncosiderable. I was arrived at the hotel around 1.30 pm with my 3 years old son and 3 months daughter. They only allowed me to check in 2.30 pm. Very uncosiderable. They dont even registered me in or check up any room available at that time. I dont recommended this hotels to others.

I happened to arrange a meeting in the hotel boardroom & I purchase the seminar package. The lights and air conditioner suddenly go out and they changed the set meals to louzy buffet. In addition, it takes ages for one employee to unlock the boardroom.

amazingly calm and peacfull place, very pretty and comfortable. I like to live there! beach and nice swiming pool. also not a crowded place. nice weather including the sun and rain.

i like guoman because this is the best among all the hotels in p.d. after the avillion ,tiara and the desa lagoon.The place is very peacefull anf the rooms are very clean.The toilets here are very clean and beutuful.I feel like i am staying in overseas.The price is reasonable and it is a very suitable for holiday trips

The hotel has potential, the room spacious, the food tasty. But it is priced on the upper side. The guoman website offers some nice packages but when I checked directly with the hotel, they put up all excuses to get me to pay the normal rate instead. Felt about to get cheated!

Been to this place twice, once in 2004 and recently November 2006. I love the drive from Singapore to the place via Melacca's kampungs and beaches road. New Internet Broadband, new look for the restaurant, new landscape and above all, they also have a Challenge Ropes Course! Although, the food is nice, however, great seafood restaurants at affordable price just a few minutes drive outside and around the area. I agreed that the room can be best, carpeted. But who cares when most of the time, I'm not in the room! By the way, Guoman, get your Ropes Course certified and marketed! Then you'll be a great Business Resort!
