Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, Mt Pleasant

tThis is undoubtedly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The rooms are lovely, the restaurants have great food, and we enjoyed playing the slots. We took avantage of the pool and hot tubs and thoroughly enjoyed both. We also went to the museum and found it to be very interesting and well laid out. Next time we come we would like to visit it again.

WE LOVE THE FRIENDLYNESS THE CLEANLINESS, THE ROOMS ARE JUST GREAT. WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT AND STAY AS OFTEN AS WE CAN. FOR EVERY OCCASSION. ANN. BIRTHDAYS VACATIONS AND JUST A COUPLE OF DAYS GET WAYS.

Love everything, variety of slots, clean rooms, great smoke control, great restaurants, rooms were great, workers are always pleasant, just a great place overall. (only one small thing I would like to see corrected is the bottom sheets on the beds should be fitted or tucked in well as you are laying on the mattress when you wake up, and that is not pleasant) Believe me your hotel and casino is the only one I have ever been to and only had one "small complaint) Thanks for a good job.

On Dec. 31 2005 my husband and I came to the Soaring Eagle to see Grethin Wilson and to celebrate our anniversary. Grethin was great but the concert only lasted 1 hour. We were expecting for her to at least bring in the new year. She started at 10:00 and ended at 11:00. It took us longer to drive to the concert than to see the concert. And we were not the only ones unhappy the 3 other couples at our table could not believe it either, and the table beside us weren't very happy either. That was only a fraction of the upset remarks I heard. My husband and I did some gambling before we went into the concert and believe me we did not go back and do any gambling after. Which was early enough because the New Year was not even brought in by Grethin. We bought 85 dollars each for a ticket and expected more than we got. I will not be returning to the Soaring Eagle. The wife and I go about 4-times a year and stay at least two nights. We find the rooms comfortable and clean. The lobby is large and inviting. And the hotel location is far enough from the casino to make it quiet and relaxing. We love the Wildflower restaurant at the hotel and the casino buffet restaurant is large with a large assortment of food. The casino is large enough where you can wander and not feel like you're stuck at a small assortment of machines. And the table playing offers are many. If you're tired of gambling, there is always the large pool to enjoy. And the golfers will find plenty of courses in the area to occupy the daytime hours. If you're lucky, they may also have a big-name entertainer performing between the gambling times. We're heading back again tomorrow for two more nights. Looking forward to it.

one of the cleanest and nicest hotels. Two wonderful resturants. Great ammenities. I never really win very much money, but I enjoy going for the ambiance of the surroundings.

The decor is well-done and informative at the same time. The water Lily restaurant has well prepared food and presentations. The spa is 4 star and of course the casino is fun and arranged with patrons in mind,plenty of space for gaming and friendly atmosphere. I am planning to return !

Plenty of gaming activity, a decent entertainment venue and comfortable guest rooms are marred by poorly trained customer service and public relations staff led by an incredibly inept management team. Lack of organization, poor communication and mis-handling of guests don't seem to phase anyone there. Stay away ... there are plenty of other gaming facilities in Michigan!!!

This is the best place I have ever stayed and will probably be the only place I will ever stay again. Everything is wonderful and the people there are great!!!

I just love it there. The drive is far but very nice and I get to visit my son along the way. I love the combination of hotel, spa,pools, casino, bingo and the food there.The decor is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. And if you can't afford a jacuzzi room, there's always the pool area with it's whirlpools, in and outdoors. The scenery outdoors is also wonderful.The service is excellent. And I love the fact that my money is going to Native Americans.
