A pleasure from the initial phone call to checkout

What a pleasure to arrive at Comfort Suites after a very long car ride on Aug 25th and be greeted with a warm smile at the front desk and willingness to make our stay the best. Our room was large, immaculate and comfortable. Since we were with our grandchild, the outdoor pool was a real bonus as was breakfast the next day. We are in the Winston Salem area often and look forward to another stay at the Comfort Suites. frances
 
 
 
 
 
Good location, but it has some issues.

This hotel is in a great location. It does have some issues, however. I had to try 3 rooms before I found one that didn't have a ridiculously loud air conditioner. The water pressure is weak and the water temperature is difficult to adjust. One could argue with the "suite" designation as a mini fridge and sofa, do not a suite make. Overall, not bad, but I will try another hotel on my next visit.
 
 
 
 
 
The jacuzzi suit was plush!

Looking for somthing romantic go here and stay in the jacuzzi suit also has a see threw fireplace which is located on the jaccuzzi...really hot
