WALKED IN TO THE ROOM AND THERE WAS A BEER CAN ON THE FLOOR~!!! THEN THE NEXT DAY THE ROOM WASN'T EVEN VACCUMED AND SHEETS WERE NOT CHANGED ON OUR BED, PILLOW WERE YUCK AND BED NOT COFFY AT ALL.: POOL WAS IN MIDDLE OF PARKING LOT WHICH THEY SHARDE WITH ANOTHER HOTEL. DID NOT LIKE!!!! WILL NOT STAY AGAIN. BUT ONE GOOD THING, WHEN I TOLD THE MANAGER SHE DID GIVE ME BACK MONEY FOR ONE NIGHT. AND WAS VERY SORRY ABOUT IT.

A pleasure from the initial phone call to checkout

What a pleasure to arrive at Comfort Suites after a very long car ride on Aug 25th and be greeted with a warm smile at the front desk and willingness to make our stay the best. Our room was large, immaculate and comfortable. Since we were with our grandchild, the outdoor pool was a real bonus as was breakfast the next day. We are in the Winston Salem area often and look forward to another stay at the Comfort Suites. frances
