Courtyard Kokomo, Kokomo

The Vietnam Veterans Reunion - I bring about 60 Nam Vets to this Courtyard Marriott and they love it....from the front desk to the cleaning, everything is outstanding. We come every year and would never stay anywhere else. Keep up the great work. Ya'll are number one!!!!!!!!!!!

I was visiting family over the holidays....and stayed at the Courtyard...I was very impressed by the staff....everyone was very pleasant and willing to help me with anything I needed.....Being an elderly lady sometimes it's nice to be pampered and this staff definitely took care of me.....Housekeeping always made sure my room was spotless...especially the bathroom ...the ladies on frontdesk were so friendly and always smiling...and the staff in the cafe were wonderful also.....the breakfast was very good....great selection of fruit and danishes...thank you for making my stay away from home more pleasant...I will be back next year and look forward to seeing everyone again.....

We had a two night stay. When we got to the hotel one of our rooms that had been blocked was taken. The lady at the front desk quickly resolved the matter. Excellent customer service. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and hotel is quite at night. A great place to stay.

Great beds which is all I really care about. Nice people at the reception desk, location and parking are fine. Elevators work, plumbing okay, newspapers available in the lobby.

Many hotels are now accepting pets because most people now travel with their pets. They will not accept our 4 pound yorkshire terrier than has her own apartment she sleeps in at night. We own rental property and find most of the damages done to the house is done by adults and small children. We allow pets and have had good results from the pets.

I recently stayed 10 nights at this hotel. During this time I interacted with many members of the staff. I found EVERY ONE to be extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. I was impressed with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeeping staff must be perfectionists. They took care of many unexpected details, especially in the bathroom. I have spent many, many nights in hotels, and I would rate this housekeeping staff as Number 1! I have already reserved another extended stay at this hotel and I look forward to another superior experience.

We checked in late (1:00am)) and the service was speedy. We stayed in a different hotel the prevoius night, in the same city and would definately stay at the Courtyard again, before any other in Kokomo. The previous night we stayed in a smoking room on the 5th floor and wehn you stepped out of the elevator the smell hit you hard. When we stayed at the Courtyard we also stayed in a smoking room on the 3rd floor and noticed immediatley when stepping off the elevator that there was no present of stale smoke smell! Very impressed! The room was spacious (standard 2 double beds. The only thing that was a mn=inor concern was that the bed was only the height of my knees (I am 5'2) and the matress was about 4-6 inches thick, but in the morning I was surprised when I had slept better in this bed than the king size I had the night before! The Breakfast buffett was a little over priced at $7.95, but it was good.

I did not like the room being as small as it was. Not a lot of room to move around. I was in a king bed room.I think the doubles are actually better. I thought the carpet needed cleaned really bad. I have been in worse rooms but i have also seen better. The hotel itself was great as far as how it's appearance was everywhere but the actual rooms. Hotel rooms can't be perfect but i guess the guests can let you know what will help. Have a great day!
