This Homestead property is conveniently located approximately four miles from Kansas City International Airport and 15 miles from downtown Kansas City attractions. Harrah*s Riverboat Casino is 15 miles away. The hotel specializes in extended-stay itineraries and thus provides on-site laundry facilities and provides dry cleaning service. Housekeeping service is provided on a twice-weekly basis for guests staying seven nights or more. Guests staying more than four nights (but less than a week) receive the mid-week refresh only. One pet is accepted per guestroom. The general manager has the authority to allow additional pets per room, based on his or her own discretion. Fees and deposits apply. UNHAPPY!

Stayed in this hotel on business. I usually stay at the Extended Stay American and have no problems. However Homestead just bought them out so I thought I give them a try. My room was nice sized but the dishwasher was broke, the phone in the kitchen didn't work, there was no dishwasher soap or coffee. When I went to the small workout room the treadmill and stair machine were broken. The only other piece of equipment was the bike which worked fine.

I did let the front desk know of all the problems and they said they would take of them but nothing happened.

I would not stay here again.
