Reasonable, clean, fairly helpful staff. This place is wonderful for budget travelers. The gardens are really beautiful! Nice pool. I recommend you go for the breakfast, it's a good value, fresh and yummy.

The posted rates of exchange were good so we decided changed money at the front desk. The rate at the time was something in the order of 7.9866 dirhams/$ Cdn. When we did the exchange the clerk only wanted to give us 7.9. I guess he thought the 0.0866 portion was for him. We continued to object and eventually got the rate that they had posted. I am sure many people simply accept the calculation. Overall this is a decent hotel. It was clean, and we liked the proximity to the train station and we came into, and departed from Fes via train.

The hotel room was small but it was nice and clean. I did not really like the fact that it is right next to the train station and i did not realize that there would be so many people and cars making so much noise. when i was leaving one of the men who works at the front desk came out to my car and said that there had been some mistake and that i owed more money. i knew for a fact that this was a way for him to get something extra and i was not buying it so i told him to show me proof and he just said "ok i guess i will have to pay it". i was a little upset about that because i dont like it when people assume that you have a lot of money because you come from the USA. Other then that it was ok, although i would not go there again
