Candlewood Suites Knoxville, Knoxville

My husband and I stayed at Candlewood this past weekend while visiting Knoxville to see some friends. We really like having the amenities of home that it provided (stove, fridge, dishwasher, etc) and the Candlewood Cupboard was extremely convenient. Our biggest and only complaint is on the morning we were leaving the housekeeping staff was being very loud in the hallway. We have a nine month old son who doesn't sleep much throughout the night, but will sleep until late morning. After about a half an hour of housekeeping yelling at each other directly outside of our door I very politely popped my head out and asked them if they could keep it down a little because my son was sleeping (however, at this point he was screaming) and morning is the only opportunity I get to sleep myself. One of the housekeepers was very apologetic and understanding while the other one was completely rude and wouldn't even speak to me. We saw them later as we were leaving in the gazebo area and she just stared at us very hatefully. Overall it was a great experience, but that one person just left a bad taste in my mouth. It won't keep us from returning, though. The price was also very reasonable and having a kitchen saved us money as well.
