Comfort Inn and Suites Paw Paw, Paw Paw

I stayed two times. both times housekeeping stole out of my room. The first time I told the person running front desk. The second time money makeup and very expensive flat iron was stolen. when I tried to make complaint with manager, she said the manager was not there, this went on for 3 days. finally I found out I was already talking to the manager.(she was acting like sahe was just desk clerk). she give me a 20.00 credit. and said she would check into it. I never heard anything else. I ask to talk to owner but she would not let me. when I left I made a complaint with comfort inn. After I did the manager decided that I had left my room in a mess and charged 250.00 to my visa. I made many complaints about her but could not get any help from anyone.The only person who acted like they cared was sherri that worked at the front desk. I should have called the police. That would have been the only justice I could have got, because comfort inn said because it was privately owned all they could do is dispute the case. and of course the manager after trying to act like she was not the manager will not give any info on the owner. she needs to be fired right along with housekeeping!!! DONT STAY AT COMFORT INN AT PAW PAW MICH
