Very nice place, comfortable good services, nice location everything was OK! We went to spend 1 day and we stayed 3!

i recently went to the Mahaba Palace and it was a fantastic experience. i went with some really young children ranging from 2 up to 8, and the waiters were always trying to cheer the little one up if she was down by making funny faces and with the older couple of chuldren the waiters were making ducks and swans made out of spare serviets and the kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Even us adults had a great time. The staff were so polite and always doing there best to make us feel as comfortable as possible. Our beds were made everyday and the food was always properly cooked. It was an amazing holiday and i am saving up to go again soon. I would recommend this hotel to strangers in the street if i could it is fantastic.

The location is fantastic and near to local services and shops. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned to a sufficient standard everyday. The issues I had with it (having a lot of experience in the hotel industry) were: The pools were not overlooked by a member of staff, which as a child friendly resort is not ideal and they sometime were a big smelly, cleanliness by the pool side both in and outside could be improved. On arrival our rooms were not ready, which meant an hour wait in the bar it is noteworthy that the bar staff were wonderful and couldn't do enought to make us welcome and comfortable. The reception staff were irratic, some being amazing, and others walking off whilst we were in the middle of a general enquiry. The restaurant was the main disapointment, the food was average perfect for a holiday with with children for example as the same bouffet available was the same each night. Although good value, I would recommend not going half board if you want to taste the true tunisia. Some waiters were efficient although some were quite leery. I was travelling with some young women in their early twenties who were made to feel quite uncomfortable at points. Overall it is a satisfactory, good value place for a family holiday, everything you potentially need is on site. The spa/ hamam is lovely and some staff were outstanding. Our travel rep through first choice was brilliant, we had some excellent excursions, and as a family shared some special memories, which in retrospect were made and assisted by the services avaliable in the hotel.

lovely hotel very close to beautiful marina. Exellent food with plenty of choice and nothing is to much trouble for the staff .Hotel is spotless and bedrooms are comfortable and well furnished.Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pools but no beach towels provided. We couldent fault it and will be there again next year.

My friend and i came here 22/7/2007. we enjoyed the holiday the staff we very friendly, and it was a nice place. i am 20yrs old and my friend is 23years old and we found that we couldn't go out side the hotel for a walk to the shops without been hasseled. The beach also was a no go area too, as there was men hasseling us to. i wouldnt recommend young females going here as it is quiet scary. we became boared on the nite time as the entertainment round the hotel was great but finished by 12 and we didnt feel safe walking in the street at night or getting a taxicab.

wicked hotel love the food enterment 10/10. people very nice water sports on the beech are a must must try them out wicked cant wait 2 go again .

hello this hotel is wicked the food is spot on and waiters very well mannerd you have gotta try the water sports on the beech very cheep and very fun down at the port it very relaxing if i was u i would go to the maharba palace asap wicked hotel.I am planning to go again very soon. TJ

hi guys , this is the place to be , the food was proper good , i was lovin the cus cus . pool was loverly even though i carnt swim it still had shallow areas .waiters had good manners. check out the water sports (bannana boat ect ). marina "s live on the night time . rooms were tidy . see ya in the summer thanks tyrone

my stay was so good i am goin back this summer cannot wait,staff were great,rooms were lovely,spa kept me feeling good,just one word to describe my stay incredible!

there isnt much i can say aprt from excelent. it is excelent value for money and it is in an amazing location. jst walk past the pool and you are on a butifull beach. i highly recomend you visit this hotel!!!!!
