Best Western Inn Lawrenceville, Lawrenceville

we booked this hotel for a week in June,and The management never told us when we booked it that the pool was not filled with water. The elevator floor was never cleaned the entire 5 days when we stayed. When we requested clean towels, We were told there were no clean towels.

I made a reservation on-line for a room at Best Western Lawrenceville...The room I reserved was not available the motel had no record of my reservation at all and even though I had a printed a copy of my confirmation as proof, I was told that there was nothing that could be done...I asked if there was another room available and was given another room. Then the clerk ask how I intended to pay for the room...I told her that the room was already paid for. I was told that she had no way of knowing that and since she had no record of my reservation I would need to pay for the room AGAIN or I could not have the room!!!! Well guess What ..... Both rooms were charged to my debit card!!!! I called the toll free number listed on my confirmation ticket on 5/8/2007 and was told that I would receive the amount credited back to my debit card....Today is 5/17/2007 and NO CREDIT!!! I called and talked to Christin and was told she will call back in about 45 minutes to let me fknow something.....I am begining to think I am just getting the RUN AROUND!!!!! What is the point in having the ability to make reservation on-line if this is what happens.....Now even if the rate on the room is good it doesn't turn out that way when you have been charged for a room twice....the first charge was for a room with a jacuzzi!!!!! So unless you have an endless supply of money maybe you should check into any other motel in the Lawrenceville, GA area

This has got to be the dirtiest place in town. Cob webs,dust on shades,carpet felt like it had never been cleaned, linens had mascare stains! After housekeeping left that did not close the door. No batteries in the remote TV control but on top of that the cable was not connected to the TV. I would not recommend this place to anyone but the health department.
