I liked the fact that they had an indoor pool in the winter to use. Very friendly staff! I booked for 2 nights, stayed 3 and took my family back to enjoy it the next weekend.

Great place to stay well maintained frindly staff. great service. my son really enjoyed indoor pool his stay as well. great place. i recommend it to others.

I stayed at this DUMP last week. The whole place smells like garlic oil. We go to our room at first didnt think r bed had a headboard but then found in behind the bed. Went to get pop frm the only machine there & it was hot. Took to front desk and was told can go to gas station dwn rd if I wanted a cold one. Would not refund $ for pop. Big huge smelly barking dog at desk sitting by NO DOGS ALLOWED sign. In rroom there was only ! towel & ! wash cloth. Air cond was broken. Pubic hair in ice bucket. Breakfast was nasty with old frosted flakes and tiny lil muffins tht was hard as a rock. Was going to swim but water looked nasty with hair floating on top. Then opened skimmer basket and there was trash, hair, and old bandaids in it!! YUCK! ALSO sitting next to pool on walkway was all these old rusted air conditioners. The hot tub was full of nasty old water & wasnt in use...Old plants hanging. I can go on & on. I decided to write everything down & show them. They gave me a discount and said they will credit half my $ back I thought ok.....well two days later on my statement they took off 33.60 then added back on 23.60. i called the hotel dump today & they said to me well we decided to not give u a discount because our house keepers said u took our towels.. I couldnt believe this...... First of all the towels smelled like garlic oil also and I really dont think Im hard up for towels.. This is crazy!!! Ive NEVER had an experience such as this with any hotel.. I told the lady tht they should not continue to use Baymonts symbol for their private company!!!!!! I will be taking this to the higher up with hotels in WV..... Also I know now to look online at reviews at different sites because if there r any positive reviews then there reviews r back from when it was owned by Amerihost... Nothing positive from the current owners.... VERY SAD!!!!!!!!
