Worst stay ever

The pool was broken and not in use, no one informed us of this. The refrigerator in the room did not work, nor did the microwave. We were locked out of our room for 30 minuites while my infant son's food was inside. The front desk was very rude. The remote control was broken. The coffee pot had no coffee or coffee filters, hahaha really?!?!?!?! The lamp in the room was burnt. The main door does not lock, anyone can roam into the place. Even the vending machines were broken, did not accept dollars. needless to say we will not be back.

pool isnt hated front desk was not friendly housekeepers was unfriendly very poor mangement rooms dirty
