OK, BUT DON'T EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I wasn't in my room more than a couple of hours when the front desk called and said that I had to go there immediately to sign some paperwork.
I explained that I had driven all night and was already in my PJs and didn't want to go out in the cold, but they insisted. When I got there, they said that I was past my checkout time and insisted on charging me double. Basically, they told me multiple times to my face that I lied about what time I arrived. (In their defense, they did not use the word lie - but the concept was the same)
Then, they kept talking to me in ways that insulted my intelligence and questioned my integrity.
No matter what I told them, they said that I had checked in the night before and should have already checked out. At that point, I was ready to gather my gas receipts and try to contact a corporate office somewhere when they supposedly 'let it go'.
I'll see what happens when I get my bank statement. I'm glad I bank at a credit union that believes me and that I bought gas along the way with my card that proves I was physically unable to be here when they said I checked in. I was over 500 miles away at the time.
There is an extra charge for internet access, but the room is fine. It is rather small for an extended-stay hotel, but is worth the price they charge. With different people at the front desk, I would consider staying here again.
