What a great place!!

We stayed here last year over my wife's birthday weekend. It was great. Centrally located, just a short walk down the street to restaurants and drinking establishments. Basically across the street from Shadows on the Teche, a really neat old southern mansion you need to go visit. The folks who run this place are the nicest couple. When we drove up the first night it was sort of like coming home to mom and dad's house after living out of state for the last 10 years. You knew it wasn't your house but for some reason you just felt like you belonged there. We stayed in one of the rooms upstairs with a bathroom in the room. The room was nice, well furnished, satellite TV in the room. The couple that own and run the place were very nice, gave great suggestions on things to do in the area, places to eat, etc. And breakfast was unreal. That alone is worth the price of admission. Stay here, you won't be sorry.
