WOREST PLACE EVER!!!!
By D, 5/27/11
I booked a room four days in advanced for a single bed in a studio room, I told them that I would be checking in late. Now I work in the production field so I travel allot and stay at allot of hotels. I've seen some bad ones but this place is the worst, I would of been better off going to a Motel 6. I checked in and the price wasn't what it said it was like online. I had a coupon that knocked the priced down it went from 89 to 79 but they didn't honor it even though I had the printed receipt! I went to my room and found 2 twin beds. I walked down stairs and told them I booked a room with a single queen and was met with a bad attitude. The woman behind the counter said "oops I should have told you that sorry." And then I hear here on the phone tell a person there all booked up and she said "your being charged the same price as you booked online." In my room was a broken recliner and there was hair, I'm assuming from the maid all over the packaged bar of soap and towels. I was expecting to have shampoo and conditioner but no. I thought there was free Wi-Fi but no you have to pay $4.99 for it. The beds were hard and there was a 13 inch television. It felt like I should of got a hooker. What they also don't tell you next door is a Best Buy you share the parking lot with them. This place will charge you nickle and dim. And for get about a late check out, you have to call in the morning to tell them you want a late check out. I called my brother who use to live in the area and he said this hotel is notorious for business men to take hookers to, I don't recommend any one staying here and for get about management caring about your problems with there hotel.

Filth and Disgust
By merryanne, 4/2/11
My room looked and smelled as though it had NOT been cleaned in months. I needed a place to stay that allowed pets...I had to scrub the place down before I could sleep that night the place was so filthy. I reported this to the front desk the following am, the mgr stated that he could give me a coupon for a free stay or a free day's stay. The Housekeeping Staff and Maintenance are all Guest Workers here on a Part-Time basis. My cats ended up with fleas, I had to bring in my carpet cleaner and steam clean the carpet three times before the water came back clean, the lampshades had not been dusted neither the EFL's and they do not work unless the connections are dust-free. The Internet Wi-Fi Connection is not secure so you can see everyone's username in the building. Of course they don't tell you that when you go to pay them the usage fee. The pillows are disgusting...you can see and smell others' everything on them. There are no protective covers on them, likewise the mattresses are rock hard and have no protective covering on them. I checked for bedbugs, sprayed the bed, turned the mattress and sprayed it again to kill any bedbugs I may not have seen. I had to go out buy my own pillows mattress cover, down mattress cover and own sheets. I disinfected my entire room including the kitchenette which was also disgusting. I did not allow anyone in my room because of others' experiences with theft. I cleaned my own room until I finally localted Marriots' Residence Inn nearby. I had a horrible neighbor above me and the mgmt refused to move him. His behavior was offensive and obnoxious and when I became settled it was easier for him to move than me with two cats. The mgmt here NOT family friendly, professional friendly. He likes rude, drunken construction workers who walk hard and leave the premises full of mud and filth and the occasional single elderly man who brings in a few prostitutes. The P.H. Police Dept. patrols the parking lot at least five times/day. I wrote the mgr. formal letters of concern with absolutely no response. He did not recognize my credentials and the fact that I am a Public Health Nurse. Of course I did the obvious and my Civic Duty bound by my License and reported this place to the County Department of Public Health where they will conduct a thorough investigation. This time, the customer is right. This type of marketing will stop. If there are ANY travel Nurse Agencies who read these, DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY FOR YOUR STAFF! MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN down the road is a far better deal than this for traveling Nurses with pets. It is CLEANER LARGER AND WORTH THE $. ESA is a waste of $ and time and the health of your staff.

Filth and Bed Bugs
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/3/10
When you first enter the lobby of this Extended Stay Hotel, your first impression is that it is a clean and neat place to stay. Please don't be fooled by the lobby. The rooms are extremely fithy, the carpets need to be either thoroughly cleaned or replaced. There ARE bed bugs at this Extended Stay!! I wish I would have known about this prior to going there. Personal possessions were stolen from my room. I do not recommend this place. It was a horror.

Needs serious serious renovation.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/7/10
I liked NOTHING about this hotel. This hotel made me very unconfortable, I flew to Ca to visit my husband who happens to be staying there for work, and If it was up to me I would of took our stuff and went somewhere else. rooms were dirty, hair everywhere. and one of the bed sheets came undone, therewas a handful of a person's hair!! I called fd right away and demanded to move to another room. Ok 2nd rm was a little better but I had to deal with it. This hotel is in serious need for a shut down and fix everything. the only room I was comfortable in was the laundry room it was the cleanest room in the whole hotel. I hope the GM is reading this because this hotel needs help. I was talking to few people staying there and they r saying this hotel is going down hill and nothing but crack heads stay there??? How embarrasing.

Not bad at all
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/30/08
The hotel was not at all, I had read previous reviews and I was skeptical at first, but after my arrival I felt alot better, the check went smoothly, front desk employees were very nice and the room was clean, glad I stayed.

Avoid like the plague.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/19/08
This place is definitely not for single professional travellers (esp. women) or for families with children. Firstly, the only residents are single men, all of whom are fairly noisy and readily smoking/drinking, which does not aid in feeling secure - the first thing I did when I entered my room was to bolt it shut. Secondly, cleanliness is abysmal - when I entered my room, the entry light was flickering and there were four different dried-on food stains in the carpet. Half the power outlets did not work and the appliances (e.g. toaster, iron) were of very poor quality. When I asked maintenance to take care of these things, they did not do so. I was due to stay at this location for 11 weeks and instead will be moving out within three days. At $2400/month (which is their "best rate"), you're much better off leasing an apartment or forking over the extra money for a Best Western or Comfort Inn. This location definitely deserves its 2-star rating (optimistic in my opinion). The only good thing about it was its location - conveniently located near the highway; several shops and restaurants nearby. Main take-home message: if you are a professional who has to relocate temporarily, do NOT come here.

Flee Bag Hotel, Never Ever Going Back!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/21/08
This was the worst travel experience. My 7 month daughter got flee bites. the room was dirty. the sheets had recent unwashed stains on them. We left after an hour and I still can't get my money back. Horrible, this place should be closed. the cleaning person apologized and said the maids do not do their job. Yucky!!!!

Never again!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/22/06
This place is horrible. When I first got there at 5pm, they didnt have my room ready at all. I had to come back for my room. I had to go to my business meeting only halfway presentable because I didn't have my own room to get ready in. Then when I got back from my meeting, the room I requested was supposed to my non-smoking, well it smelled HORRIBLE. Almost like someone had been smoking in it all night before. The lady SAID my room was cleaned, but she was lying! My sheets had hair in it in both beds all throughout. It was discusting! The smell was so bad I had to leave the hotel. The lady up front was extremely nice, I feel sorry for her that she has to work in such a horrible dirty hotel. She had 2 other families leave that same night because of similar reasons. Luckily I found another hotel down the street who I should have booked with in the first place! If I would have stayed, who knows what kind of germ I would have encountered! Hair in the bed, YUCK!! Even the night janitor had said the sheets had not been changed and she didnt know why. I know why, it called LAZY! The sheets were even wrinkled, why did they think I wouldnt have noticed! NEVER AGAIN!
