DONT STAY HERE - BED BUGS!!!!!

My husband and I stayed there the night of the 19th of this month and we got bitten up with bed bug bites!!! NO KIDDING!! My husband the next morning had baites all over his chest, back, legs, feet and arms. I was pretty much the same. I called and told the so called "day manager" and asked what they would do about it and he said that they would pass the word on to some one else! This is very gross and I reported it to the Better Buisness Bureau.

The clerk was too busy texting while I asked questions about internet service. The pool is disgusting! My kids and I went swimming for a minute because the pool looked dirty. There was writing on the walls. We got locked out of our room when we returned from lunch and the front desk was not helpful. She could careless. I think one of the employee's kids were wandering around the hotel--screaming and running. I don't recommend this hotel!! Unless you like a dirty pool, rude service, and a noisy atmosphere.

Do not stay at this hotel!!! I made reservations online for a 6 day stay, for $51.00 a night. I have a small dog, so they added on another $10.00 per night. The sign outside the hotel advertises $39.95 per night. I asked for the $39.95 rate, and the young man at the desk stated he could not change the rate, as I booked on line, and pre-paid. ( I later found this was not true, but I digress) I asked if he could simply not add on the other $10.00 per night pet charge, and he said no. I asked to speak with the manager, and he stated one was not available, I needed to wait until Monday @ 1100..I was going to stay anyway & suck it up, then I was told the KIng size bed I reserved was not available. I was told if I cancelled my reservation, I would still have to pay for the full six days. I then asked the young man to call the manager, and he refused. I then attempted to call the manager on my own cell phone (his card was on the counter) with no answer. I told the young man to cancel my reservation, and left. I immediately called Visa to dispute the charges, and was told the entire charge was charged today, not when I reserved online.

Rustic to say the least

If from 1-10 Motel 6 is a 1, this is a 2. Broken furnature, a hole in the mattress big enough to stuff in a poodle, no elevator, and a room that smelled like a kennel. Worst place I've ever stayed.

we checked in at 3pm, wanted a bottom room, and we told them we wanted a indoor pool for the kids and a spa for us. the man at the desk was really nice. claims he gave me a courtesy discount since we owned a motel too. $69.00 plus tax. first room door handle came off in our hands okay stuff like that can happen but not the box of wings left in the fridg, bed spread had a huge hole in it, laminated desk had chunks missing out of the side. moved us upstairs, and the room smelled like body sweat ick. then the kids came in and said the pool was green with stuff floating on it. we went and looked and sure enough there was junk floating in it and you could see the chemicals churning in the pool and it was green. i asked for our money back and my husband waited as the kids and i went and got our stuff. they gave us our money back and i picked my husband up. i never made it into the bathroom. so i don't know how clean it was, but the second room the bedspreads hadn't been changed in a long long time... I know this as i own a motel. and were rated number one in junction city kansas by yahoo travel. they did give me my money back but their pool should be shut down until it is clean and clear
