We had 2 rooms and both rooms had bugs. Not bed bugs, little ants...but bugs. One room had it behind and on the headboard the other had them crawling on one of their walls. Also, a very STRONG musty smell in one of the rooms and it didn't go away when the a/c was running. Gross....never again...and even though we complained we never heard back from the maanger

Amazing!

I love this place. It was super cheap, and VERY clean. The breakfast was nice, and the free shuttle is what makes this place win. Free shuttle to train station made getting to the convention center easy! Not to mention, when we needed directions, they printed them out for us!

The continental breakfast was excellent. The location was convenient easily accessible to all major arteries. The room was a good size. I wouldn't rate it highly, because the front desk staff was not the friendliest (although the cleaning staff and shuttle staff were extremely courteous). The room was not very clean. There was old pizza crust behind the headboard from a previous tenant. The emergency alarm went off one night without any instruction from the hotel staff. Some people stayed in their rooms and others wandered around aimlessly until it appeared to be just a false alarm.
