Great Stay - Gread rates

Loved the hotel. Got a discount by putting in promo code LNIS. Nice, clean, comfortable. Gave me a fridge/Microwave. Breakfast was good. Great value to for the price that I paid. Very happy and will stay again

Nice Place

I enjoyed my stay at Ramada. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. Its nice that the hotel is in a quiet area. Just what I needed to get away for the weekend.

A delightful Hotel

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed this hotel. The receptionist asked if I wanted to upgrade to the Jacuzzi room. She showed me the room and I was impressed. When I brought my girlfriend in, she was really surprised. I love the shower in the bathroom. The hotel is pretty quiet and we ate at the Applebee's across the street which was nice. The only drawback is that they do not have a free shuttle to go to the Casino. But taxi is not much. I will definitely be back.

Great Hotel

This is a great hotel. I have stayed at a few places in Windsor and this has to be by far the best value hotel. The staff are very friendly and the hotel is very nice looking. The manager greeted me at the door when I came in. In the morning I came to eat breakfast and the manager sat with me and had coffee. The waffle maker is fantastic.

Hotel was fine for me

I am not sure what the other person is really talking about. I stayed in one of thier jacuzzi rooms and it was excellant. I took my wife for her anniversary and she loved it. Rooms are very cozy. Bed was very comfortable.

Dirty, mismanaged

The hotel room was falling apart around us. The jacuzzi was full of black gunk, a light fixture accually fell off the wall and crashed into my wife. Hotel management refuses to reimburse or even give me partial credit (after promising to do so). The hotel manager refuses to return my calls, Ramada Ltd refuses to help me at all. I'll never stay at another Ramada.
