Have stayed muliple times

We have stayed here 2 other times and are going to be staying there again for 8 days over Christmas. It is very convenient for our needs. The breakfast is good, the fresh cookies are too tempting to resist, and they even have books to read if you have forgotten to bring your own. We haven't had a bad stay yet and are hoping that will continue with this upcoming visit.

Loud, rude, and slow

Staff was rude and obnoxious. Constantly heard one front desk staffer yelling "Shut up!" to another one. Road noise and loud lobby TV make a quiet room a challenge. Took two days to get slow draining shower and no light bulb for night stand fixed. Dead bolt on door wouldn't work. Also just about the worst coffee I've ever had. (in the breakfast area)

Repeat customer!!

Train your night staff to be friendly to customers. We got yelled at for taking a muffin at 2am. We were told we could have a cookie or wait until 6am for the muffin. She was very rude about it! If we hadnt been there many times and loved the place, that would have sent us elsewhere.
