Stay Somewhere Else

I arrived at my assigned room to find the door "jammed" shut. I waited in the 27degree weather for the security guard to come to the office and issue me another room. When he did, that door was also "jammed." He worked very hard to either open the rooms or get me another room and finally, we found a door that opened. Once inside, I was disappointed to find that the internet was extremely slow and timed out often. I paid $4.99 for internet access that I wasn't able to use because it wouldn't allow me to load any site. I was also disappointed to discover there wasn't an iron in the room. Lastly, upon checkout, the staff giggled and talked amoungst themselves about personal business, completely ignoring me and never making eye contact. Since I paid $49.99 for the room, I guess I should have expected what I got - an average room with average service. Certainly not what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel.
