Never will stay there

I reserved a king suite with a jacuzzi for my boyfriends birthday - we get up to our room and no jacuzzi - complained to the front desk and got a discount. Well needless to say we didn't stay we called Country Inn across the parking lot and got the room we had expected from Holiday Inn. Upon Checking out of Holiday Inn we were charged $50.00 for what?? We were't there more than 5 minutes. Worst experience I have ever had. Will not be returning and will be letting friends know of our experience as well.

Dont Stay Here!!

My husband and I stayed in a jacuzzi suite for our honeymoon weekend. One month later, we were charged an additional $44.00 on our credit card. When I called the hotel, they told us we stole 2 towels. Come on! If you stay here, you better have them inspect your room upon checking out!
