Starting with the counter staff, the gal that checked us in was so rude. No excuse for her attitude. Here I was will a handicapped husband in a wheelchair. I made my reservations well in advance. Belong to the Comfort Inn Club. No advange here. I think the fact I belongs means they charge me more than anyone else. Room was NOT clean. It looked like someone had been in it, bed was wrinkled. A few towels on the floor. Then service the next day was at the very late afternoon hour when we were back in our rooms, so we never got the bed made, just fresh towels. Everynight we smelled the cookies they bake. But never saw them put out. The whole experience of rudeness, unkept rooms means we will NOT be back. We stay there 2-3 times a year and we've noticed the place going down hill. And the price is awful, $100 a night by the time you add taxes. They should be ashamed of them selves.

The front counter works were rude, no c/s, if you ask a question it was like you were bothering them. hot tub was oos, over priced for the age of the building, the rooms are not well maintained and feel old.
