Cranbury Inn and Suites, Jacksonville

Extremely spacious and clean rooms. Full bathrooms. Staff was very nice

This is the most conveniently located hotel in Jacksonville. Right next to everything I needed...Starbucks, Wal-Mart, restaurants. My room was clean and quiet! The hotel workers were really nice. They knew a lot about the area and were happy to help me find my way around. Did you know this is the only hotel in the area with an elevator?! Who would even think to ask about that?? That is one of many reasons I will not stay anywhere but here in the future. The only bummer was that the TV in the lobby was on a news channel and not sports.

Everything was wonderful, from the staff, to the room, to the breakfast. I never had the chance to use the fitness center, just didn't have time. I stay there two night during a stressful time. My car had broke down and I didn't think I wiuld have a good trip but this was one of the best parts of the trip. Thanks and keep up the good work. I will definitely be back.

I love the staff they are super. Very friendly and nice. I didn't like the fact that the parking lot was full, it made parking pretty difficult.

Room was dirty, my reservation was lost. Bad customer service. I would not go back there. Overpriced and they advertise newest hotel but it is old mid 90's their staff told me it is open some time in 90's

The staff was friendly, my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, including the pillows. Breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again when in Jacksonville AR. Good value for the money!

I like the front desk auditor Ms.Donna boy is she full laughter. The 3rd shift auditor is not. Mean!Do not disturb her as she gets paid to sleep. The house keepers are very much friendly and helpful when I needed something.Thank you Ms. Nancy and others. Rooms are clean but could use some new furniture. Breakfast is good and plenty of it. I will again stay when I return to Jacksonville. Again thank you.

we loved the hotel? Was clean and neat and the homemade waffles was great donna? Was our second time to jacksonville and this is the hotel i am coming back too?

They were very nice and very clean.I have stayed at alot of hotels no other hotel that i have stayed was as good this.They were very friendly to my 4 kidz whom all them love there stay at the hotel.

The rooms are clean and neat. The service was Great. Breakfast was fresh. Althou it is close to the highway we had no trouble sleeping. The internet connection was very fast and I had no problem connecting. We will stay here again.
