Probably would try a different hotel in the area next time.

The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated and there are alot of nice ammenities. All of the staff we encountered were very nice however, we tried to rent a movie which did not go well. We were in town for my daughter who will be attending UWOshkosh in the fall. She needed to be up early, so we started attempting to rent a movie around 8:30. After sitting on hold with the help desk for nearly an hour and then trying to get help from the lobby staff, I ended up calling the help desk again, and sat on hold for around another half an hour. It turned out that they had the wrong 'box' in the room and the whole process needed to be reprogrammed while I sat waiting. Finally, the movie was up and running and moments later the picture went out. all we had was sound. Called the help desk again, sat on hold for another half an hour. They rebooted and finally the movie was up and running at around 11:00. I would have expected to NOT see a charge or at least a partial refund after all the trouble, but that was not the case. I saw a whopping $12.95 charge for it the following week.
Then after the movie was over, we pulled back the covers of the bed and it was full of crumbs as if someone just made the bed up after other guests had used it. We ended up brushing the crumbs out and just slept there anyway, since it was so late by this time, and we were too tired to call the front desk and have someone remake the bed. I did call the manager to report these things on monday but she never did call me back, so i was, needless to say, disappointed. I am sure we will probably try another hotel in the area next time.
