Comfort Suites Mason, Mason

We just returned from a vacation at Kings Island. We have stayed at this same hotel for each of the last four years. Previous years we stayed at this hotel only because the price was right and the location was great. This year (June 2008) was exceptional. They are under renovations, which include all new carpet, brick exterior, windows and air conditioners, but the best part was the new beds and the new pillows. I dare to say that their beds and pillows are better than what we have in our house (and we have good quality expensive beds). In my opinion, Comfort Suites in Mason, Ohio suddenly has moved from a nice and clean place to stay, to an exceptional hotel. Also note that they accept a SAMs Club membership for a discount… which is a better discount than AAA. The pool is a little small, and unremarkable. The breakfast is very good, especially since it is free. They charge a $1 safe fee, which will be removed simply by asking the front desk. Our one night at this hotel was so exceptional; I needed to write this review upon our return. I highly recommend this hotel.
