It was pretty good
By Boo in TX, 1/6/12
our room was fantastic, only had a lighting problem, even with all the lights on it seemed dark in there. we were there from 12.30.2011 thru 01.02.2012. the new years atmosphere was super-charged! the power went out in our room but the hotel gave us back our money for that day...hey that was $659, oh yeah i'll take that back.

SERVICE is terrrible
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/2/11
Room was nice! Location was good! But SERVICE is terrrible!!!! I reserved a room (222$) then I canceled and reserved another room about month ago. When I came back from Las Vegas and went to my bank account i saw that i was charged 222$ additional (but i canceled this amount about month ago). I called to Bellagio and told about this situation they said sorry and promised to return 222$ in couple days. But after couple days I saw that i was charged ONCE AGAIN 222$ instead of return. It looks like on lawlessness. Now I hope I will return my 444$ and will never stay in Bellagio again.

A Huge Disappointment. No Longer Recommended.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/24/11
The grand dame of the Vegas strip is fading and withering. Accommodations were poor (and this was a Penthouse Suite), service was poor or non-existent, and the value for the money you will spend here is the absolute worse. It is a crying shame this once beautiful resort has been allowed to get to this place. We no longer recommend this property to our friends and business associates, and we will not return.

will not go back
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/1/11
The service at the front desk was bad. We were told there were no non smoking rooms unless we upgraded at a cost of $30 a night. We took a smoking room. It was the worst room I've stayed in over 20 years in casino hotels. It smelled terrible. The furniture was worn out. there were at least 8 large burn holes in the carpet and burn holes in the drapes. We stayed 5 days and enjoyed the gambling and food but the nasty room ruined the trip.We tried 2 days to get another room but gave up after talking with others who were having rhe same experience. 5 diamonds must be easy to come by. Never Again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/26/11
Everyone weny out og their way to be helpful and courteous EX CEPT the Front Desk. I am stunned by their incompetence and rudeness. There are many other hotels in Vegas. I'll go where customer service is a priority.

A beautiful hotel!
By Destination360, 9/2/11
This is one case where going with one of the "standard" Vegas hotels, so to speak, is a terrific move. The elegance of the Bellagio is always talked about before you get to Vegas, and I've found that this hotel always lives up to the hype. The staff has always been very polite (we're repeat guests), and any problems that have come up have been resolved quickly. We've always liked the fountains, and the location can't be beat. And the number of things to do you can within the hotel is a big plus on the hot summer days, when you just don't want to go outside. There's a virtual tour of the lobby that shows off the Chihuly ceiling on the Destination360 website (they also have tours of the shops, conservatory, etc.), since I think the glass ceiling is well worth a look, even if you don't end up staying here.
