Not going back!
It's a nice-looking place, but we had some bad things happen! First of all, there isn't an elevator. We were on the 2nd floor and had to drag everything up the stairs and we had A LOT of stuff. 2ndly, our suite couldn't be cooled down. You had to have the air conditioner as low as it could go to get the other side of the suite somewhat cool. We had family in there, and it was 100 degrees on one side and 60 on the other. 3rdly, housekeeping came and we asked them to come back because we were leaving for a wedding in an hour. The girl said, "No problem." When we returned from the wedding (3 1/2 hours later), housekeeping hadn't cleaned our room or restocked anything. We returned after the reception, and it still hadn't been cleaned (garbage taken out, toilet paper refilled, etc.) I had to ask for towels every day of our stay, had to ask for toilet paper, tissues, and garbage bags to empty our own garbage cans (we stayed 2 nights and had family come back to our room after the rehearsal dinner and after the service the next day!!!!) If I wanted to change my own toilet paper, tissues, make my beds, and collect my garbage, I would have stayed home. Also, there isn't much light in the rooms either. Even with all the lamps on, the rooms are very dim. I would definitely not stay at this AmericInn ever again. When my husband told them that housekeeping hadn't been to our room, they just smiled and handed him the items he said our room needed. An apology was never offered! And the breakfast isn't all that great either! Beware!
