We were put on a smoking floor!!! As soon as the elevator opened, the smell was awful!
We go down to the front desk, they couldn't change anything, hotel was full. We were told that when you order over the internet, they will tell you that they have available what you want, when they don't. (non-smoking)
They gave us a bottle of smoke-out to spray our room with. We tried to talk to a manager the entire four days we were there, never got to yet. Went down on the third day just to see if something else was available, and they had never put any documentation in our file. Comfort Inn says they guarantee 100% satisfaction, but that is a false statement. We would never use them in the future. All we got was the run around and a $600 hotel bill!
