Drury Inn and Suites Champaign, Champaign

great breakfast, has a indoor/outdoor pool and you get a good night sleep other words a very comfortable bed. my title tells it all!!!!

the hotel was great. the room was great. the food was great. the pool was great. the service was great. i would stay here again.

In Champaign for 3 weeks on business, staying 2 weeks at the Drury in September/October 2007. This is by far the single best hotel experience that I have had. Superb breakfast, happy hour, friendly staff, good location. If I return to Champaign for any reason, this is the place I will be staying. The only minor downside was the wifi connection was a little quirky along the way, but that was not a big issue.

My family visited Champaign, Illinois for one week and in preparation for the trip I reviewed every hotel in the area before deciding to stay at the Drury Inn. We were not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My son lost his cell phone when he left it in the sheets of the bed before maid service. We reported it at the front desk and by the time my son returned to our room, a maid was running down the hall with the phone in hand. The complimentary breakfast is second to none. we are talking about a good hot meal with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, muffins, oj, coffee, you name it. In the afternoon and evening, the reception area offers a self serve beverage bar with sodas and popcorn or chips for free. And get this, Happy Hour, with a super friendly bartender serving beer and spirits to the adults and it's FREE. I also spent time in the hotel's pool and exercise room and it was very nice. The pool is half indoor and half outdoor with a giant window separating the two. The rooms have a microwave and refrigerator where we stored our PAPA DEL'S Pizza (the best pizza ever) and ate it throughout the weeks stay. The hotel is conveniently located off the fwy and near many stores, Target, WalMart, A Grocery Store, etc., yet it is tucked away in corner so you don't have to worry about traffic hassles or noise. The best part about this hotel is the beds.The most comfortable beds ever! I was apprehensive at first to learn they offered only full size beds in the room with two beds.I would have preferred two queen size beds. But I changed my mind after sleeping on one. They are truly the most comfortable bed ever. Later I found out the beds are custom made exclusively for the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. The most bang for your buck. From now on, when I travel, I will only stay at The Drury Inn.

This was our home away from home for a romantic and memorable weekend visit to the University of Illinois campus in Champaign-Urbana. The service was excellent, as were the accommodations. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfasts and cocktail hour amenities in the lobby area were first rate. The location was also excellent, with ample restaurants and shopping very close by. One minor complaint would be that the Internet connection in our room was spotty at best and even the downstairs complementary PC/Internet service was on the fritz one day when we really needed to get online. Still, all in all, we would definitely return to Drury Inn & Suites, Champaign -- in fact, we will!

i loved the hotel suite king size bed and the cleanliness of the hotel and the great big delicious breakfast that was free. The hotel provided dvd's and there was a exercise room and spa.

If you want to be close to the highway near lots of shopping (chains, like Pier 1 and Best Buy) and lots of restaurants (again, chains) then this is the spot. The hotel is not that old and offers what you'd expect from a Drury.
