Looks like I'll find someplace else to stay

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Ex. Last saturday night and when I ghot home found they had debited my account $150 for smoking in the room . We had no visitors and neither me or my wife smoke. Mgr ssaid he would straighten it out and its nearly a week and they have not refunded my $150. Guess they don't ever want me as a guest again.

Excellent

We stayed here with our 7 year olds baseball team for a tournment in Owensboro. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. Our room had two double beds, a table and 2 chairs. The room was clean and the bathroom sparkling clean. I did not try the internet service when we were there. The outside pool was clean and they provide towels for quests when using the pool. the hot breakfast was great, did not have to go out to restaurant. Large selection of foods and beverages. They gave us a group deal due to the number of rooms we used. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again at this on or any other Holiday Inn Express.

Great Place to Stay

Hotel had good location, nice & clean. Most Holiday Inn Express serves continental breakfast but this hotel serves hot breakfast with sausge, bacon, egg, self make hot waffle, biscuits & gravy and fresh fruits..and others. I was stay at the 2nd floor and wireless internet connection was strong enough to use my notebook computer no problem at all. It was great pleasure to stay at this hotel, I thank to hotel staff smiling at me all the time.

internet does not work

internet does not work in room , i had to go out to lobby to check email, both times that i stayed there , different rooms same thing the front desk was not very helpful , dummy said i needed new puter this one less than one year old cost $1700 and can pick up a wireless signal almost anywhere!!

Friendly people there in Owensboro!!! My room was clean, and everyone had a smile on their face. I look forward to staying there again.
