1st Time Stay Horror Story

I made confirmed reservations for a Non-smoking Suite at the premium rate and guaranteed it with a credit card. Upon arrival I was informed by the front desk that they had already sold out of Non-Smoking Suites and that they had overbooked them for my arrival day. Initially, I was offered a Smoking Suite at the same premium price. After much discussion and my threatening to go to another hotel, I accepted the Smoking Suite at a discounted rate for 1 night until they could get my family into the type suite we had reserved and been guaranteed. All is well right, NOT! The youngest member of the family was to sleep on the sleeper sofa. But there were no sheets for that bed and when we asked for rooms ervice to bring some, I was told, "We are doing our shift change now, you will have to come down to the front dest and pick them up." Horrible Horrible business practices. It really makes me want to consider staying at another Hotel for the 4 days that I plan on being in town.
