Upon arrival we discovered that our "suite" was just a room with a mini-kitchen, table and couch at one end. There was no door to close off the bedroom- it was all one room. We were astonished to discover the first night, that although the bed was Queen sized, it had been made with Full sized sheets. So, one of us slept on the bare mattress. In the morning we asked for the sheets to be changed- twice- and were assured they would be. The second night we came home late to find the same sheets- which could not reach from one side to the other. Again I slept on the bare mattress. The following morning we asked to have the manager on duty come to the room and no one ever came. We ultiately went to the front desk, again expressed our complaint and concern about the health risks of sleeping on a bare mattress. There was really no attention to our concern. After returning home I called the corporate offices, explained what had happened, and they were responsive, compassionate. The manager of the hotel called me, offered me a partial refund, and was very appropriately regretful about our stay. We did appreciate the attention to our concern, the call and the partial refund.
