Don't recomment this joint

Surrounded by alleys where groups of young men congregate and hang out at night. It's off the Strip by a building or two so you have to walk down a road/alley to get to it. Went to the sales presentation which I had to do to get a lower room rate, and I have NEVER seen people so eager to sell a timeshare or anything. Two hours limit went to 3 hrs., I couldn't get away, and I didn't want the dump in the first place. I felt sorry for the poor sales agent -- mgmt MADE him pounce on me for the sale! The place is clean, but if they wanted to sell the timeshares so bad, why not put me up in the units that they are trying to sell instead of my outdated one! They'll NEVER get a nickel from me -- I looked up some of their other Diamond properties and they are dumps as well. They buy old apts/condos and convert them -- not good. I caught a man in a Polo adjointing building peeping in my windows from his balcony, another 20-30ish guy making gross sexual advances towards his girlfriend standing in line waiting for her presentation. Overall, the place has a lot of trashy people about. I don't need this in my life for association and more importantly, my safety.
