Charming

Having ariived in Ouistreham on a late ferry, and unfamiliar with the area, this hotel was suggested to me by a local tourist agent. I found the ambience a charming mixture of of forties decor and seaside atmosphere. The kitchen had already closed
but the concierge was kind enough to fix a ham and cheese sandwich for me. I ate it in my small, neat room overlooking the front walk, on a rainy, cool , Fall nite. I
slept undisturbed between crisp, clean sheets.
The staff was kind and concerned. I will definitely be going back for a longer visit next year.
