Bagaimana keadaan di bandung??? i heard about earthquake over there thru our local news....... TQ... Aishah Malaysia

Good: - The location, it's situated just in a heart of a city. - The lobby, is quite lux - The food is great Bad: - Worst service ever from the moment I reserve until I check out, except the services from dinner buffet. - Room is a little bit smelly The worst service I have is from the Club@The Hyatt staff. I joined, but when I want to have a reservation (made 2 weeks to 1 months earlier) the staff just cannot made decision whether I have the room or not. At the first of reservation they'll ask whether i'am a member or not, and at that time i'd a feeling that they not put a member as a priority because a member would pay cheaper or even free with a voucher. Second, the promise me with a member get member program of 4 new member for a 1 night free stay. 8 member joined and I just got 1 night free stay after asking them 1 year!! Terrible....

The only thing good about the hyatt is the lobby otherwise it was horrible. The room I stayed in smelled like mould the air conditioner filter was dirty made my husband have asthma for 3days of our trip he landed in hospital my son of 22mths was doing a lot of coughing and I am allergic to mould when my husband commented on the situation at check out time the next day which I could not stand another 10 mins in that room,they replied would you like to go to the hospital that however was not rectifying the situation for me first of all if I want to go to the hospital I can certainly take care of that myself I have insurance even if I did not it only cost 30 dollars for my husband.But the time we lost on our vacation because of being sick can never be replaced.The jayajakarta is where I found my vacation sanctuary.take care.

the best hotel in bandung... wow!fantastic...if you come to bandung,the most beutiful city in south east asia...you must stay in here... the rooms is very nice..... he he he he he he he he he he he he he he he

i like this place because this place so strategis in sumatera street and in the bandung city,,, the rooms so clean and the servise so great,,, its like a paradise in Bandung city,,, AWESOME

Infrastructure was ok, however the staff was terrible. When I was there, I was with my grandparents. at around 5:00 AM, a staff hotel rudely knocked my grandparents room and demanded that they moved their car (which they don't have because they were coming with me). after explaining, they didn't even bother to apologize. about 15 minutes later, they did the same thing again. When we go to have breakfast, the breakfast hall was a complete mess like a gigantic garbage dump because some official group was there. We have no food, and no explanation on what we should do there... for such a distinctive and much hoped hotel in advance, they should have give us a solution, or at least an apology. Nothing. and we have to go out for breakfast. anyway.. we also experience other bad services there. Definitely would not come back. Definitely.

it's a great location in the central of bandung .. the room is very nice and comfort .. but not with the service .. unexpected service from the service staff .. no greeting and less smile .. but still the hotel is very nice

The lobby with atrium it's so exciting. So comfort and cozzy at the room. The housekeeping staff are so nice and have a good manner and also the other staff. In my opinion this hotel is the best hotel in Indonesia.

I once visit in 2000, and still I keep in my mind if I visit Bandung again, I will stay in Hyatt Regency Bandung. It was a wonderful experience to stay there, nice room.

Location is No. 1. Very strategys.. it's hat I'm looking for.
