Not the best experience :(
What we liked... Very close to the IX Center, Not far from Cleveland attractions, easy on-off access to I-71.
What we didn't like... No hot water, key card machine didn't work, not easily handi-cap accessible from parking lot to hotel entrance.
When I say no hot water, I don't mean it was lukewarm. It was cold --
-C-O-L-D! They told us about the water at check-in, but said it would be fixed within a few hours. They needed to get a part. Then, after we paid for our rooms, the front desk clerk said the key card machine wasn't working. He couldn't give us keys to our room right away. It would take hime some time to "fix" the machine.
We had had reservations for a while, and didn't want to drive around trying to find another hotel, so we decided to stay. After about 30 minutes, we finally got our room keys. Throughout the night we kept checking the water, but it was always cold. Needless to say, we were unable to take showers the next day. :(
At checkout, we let them know how unsatisfied we were. To their credit, they did refund a portion of our room fee.
