My last stay with residence inn

It was a terrible experience with Residence inn, Richardson..My room had water leak in the bathroom and was making sound all of my stay.....I called front desk many times but nobody cared...specially there is a lady Sherlin at front desk....I have never seen such a rude lady in my life.....she was just simply terrible...she knows how ruin some one's vacation....
