Jameson Inn Seneca, Seneca

Didn't know they allowed dogs and it does bother me to think I slept in the same bed as a dog knowing the things they do and that they only change the sheets. This the perfect place for dog lovers to leave their animals unattended to bother the other guests and the night staff is no help. Unlucky to get an inconsiderate individual next door who left their animal alone in the room to whine from 6:30 PM until 11:45 PM. No help from night staff. The management is making a 15% adjustment to my bill but that is less than the fee for the dog. I must say that the day shift staff was excellent.

We just love the Jameson Inn and so does our dog ! If you don't like the Jameson - - - don't ever go to a Comfort Inn! LOL Jameson's staff is the very best and we travel 3 to 4 times a year to lots of places. Nothing compares; the rooms, clean sheets that stay on the bed, service, pet friendly and people friendly, too! Can't forget April - -- Hi April ! She knows where everything is in the area and was a great help to us.

Being from this little town, I was not suprised when I discovered I would be staying here for four days for a wedding I was asked to be a part in. There was trouble from start to finish. First, we got a room that was not clean...bed not made, towels still all over, bathroom a mess. Looked like the maid quit in the middle of her job. So we requested another room. You would have thought we had asked for all their money. We had issue with our room rate quote vis what they wanted to charge us, the milk offered in the morning was out of date, there was mold in the bathroom. And the staff lacked communication with each other and with us. Will not stay here again!
