Dont bother..
By RLM, 07/21/09
Like most of the Station Casino properties, corporate greed has downgraded this casino-hotel from a fun place with value for your entertainment dollar, to a cheap and stingy place to go. Although the service is still great, the food, drinks and entertainment continue to be sub-par, at best. There is almost no alcohol in your drink (which you pay a lot for), and the food quality is poor. The entertainment venues a horrible lounge acts that you would normally find on a cheap cruise line. If your going to pay Las Vegas Strip prices, you might as well be on the strip.

Have been going there since the place opened and it was fun and fabulous The last two years has been a lesson that greed and stupidity are well within our beautiful city..The clientele was previously upbeat...with little problems..NOW...what a joke...too bad I'll miss it.....

Casino host word should be Good.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/08/08
I like the hotel casino, been going there for plus ten years but will continue to be somewhat upset at promises never kept. I was billed for some supposedly comped meals and my play was more than sufficient. Nothing wrong with the hotel-casino, nice place to stay but if they promise you a comp whether rooms or meals, they should keep their word. Still waiting for reimbursement since May 18. No more visits until I see the pay back they charged my card.

Home away from home
By Linda, 03/31/08
I have been going to Las Vegas for many years. The past 8 trips we have stayed at Sunset Station. It has a huge casino, good buffet and restaurants at a reasonable price. The accomodations are clean and the personnel are all friendly and glad to have you there. If you are a hustle and bustle person, then stay on the strip. You will need a car to visit other casinos, but the highways make the strip a 10 to 15 minute drive.

Like this better than the strip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/29/08
Enjoyed the locals and the service we got. Felt like we were special there and not so much at the strip. Good prices for food and nice friendly staff and super clean rooms. would go back in a heartbeat. Have to drive to the strip but if you dont have to have a strip view======this is the place for you. More for your money.

SUNSET STATION IS A RESORT CITY. WE TRIED TO SEE EVERYTHING AROUND THE LAS VEGAS AREA NEAR HENDERSON LAST TIME, AND DIDN'T GET TO THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATE SUNSET STATION. THERE IS SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO AT SUNSET STATION THAT THIS TIME WE ARE GOING TO DEVOTE OUR TIME TO ONLY SUNSET STATION, RELAX, AND ENJOY IT.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/16/07
WE FOUND NOTHING THAT WE DID NOT LIKE. THE STAFF AND THE FACILITY ARE TOPS. THE FACILITY IS SO VAST THAT ONE CAN EASILY PLAN SOMETHING DIFFERENT EVERY NIGHT AND NEVER LEAVE THE CONFINES OF SUNSET STATION. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO OUR FREINDS AND FAMILY, OR ANYONE ELSE WE MEET.

Nice family casino, great atmosphere for kids and adults
By NORILAN, 08/24/07
The selections at the buffet was good, would like to see some seafood entree at the buffet. More selection on quarter slots machines. A little quicker service on the drinks when we order while gambling.

I Loved Sunset Casino and the personnel that work there
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/06/07
I enjoyed their hospitality. There bingo beats any other bingo games in the area. I recommend that anyone that travels to the Vegas area visit their Casino for fine dinning, gaming, food and hospitality. I will visit Sunset Casino every time I come to Vegas.
