Very pleasant
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/7/11
As a ticketholder for the Stagecoach Festival, we stayed at the (new) Days Inn (old/formerly) Palm Court Inn. We knew it wasn'ta 5 star hotel, but it wasn't a bad stay at all. 4 of us girls (family all over the age of 30) were very comfortable. I was especially happy there was a balcony/patio in each room. I am the only smoker and was very happy I didn't have to walk a mile to smoke. I didn't expect much and got more than what we paid for. My only negative comments are: There wasn't a sink outside the bathroom, no mirror in the bedroom area (a bit tought for us 4 girls to get ready for a music festival in nearby Indio) and no coffee maker in the room. On a postitive note, there was a good sized mini-fridge and a microwave! There is a restaurant next to the motel you can get a coupon in the lobby for free coffee and orange juice. The motel is approximately 1/2 hour to the venue (Empire Polo Field) and I can only imagine what a party this place would be on Spring Break. My mom has stayed here on a few occasions without complaints. I was extremely satisfied and will remember to bring my own mirror next time. Would definitely stay here again. The grounds are kept up nicely with flowers and stuff I don't care about much and the pool looked inviting.

Decent Inn
By KevinC, 8/24/10
The staff was friendly, but when we requested an extra pillow we went to the front desk and got the last one. Another person in my room went to get an extra pillow and got "the last one" also. It was and okay and the rooms and the pool was nice. The pillows and the sheets were kind of dirty with a few stains. It was located in a good spot in Palm Springs and the price is good. The pool was fun and is was pretty good and relaxing, but considering that it was not put together, I give it 3 stars.

Beds were uncomfortable
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/20/10
The only good thing about the hotel was the pool and that it is close to restaurants and shopping. The beds are very uncomfortable. My husband and I tossed and turned all night long. The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled of smoke. Won't be staying there again.

Great Deal
By Karen Ambrose, 4/15/08
We stayed one night mid-week. Great pool area, pool was perfect temperature and great for lounging, nice grounds, good location. Rooms are nice-sized. We stayed in the single-story section, garden view close to pool. This is exactly what we were looking for, relaxation at a good price.

Great location, pool, lots of children
By Tarue, 4/1/07
For families (or those who don't mind crowds of running, screaming kids at the pool, jacuzzi, in the halls and elevators, etc.), it's an excellent value in a great location. The downtown excitement is a few minutes drive. For gays (and those who love fun regardless of sexuality), there's a great tiki lounge across the street called Toucan's, and the crowd is usually mixed (men, women, young, not-so-young, mostly gay, some straight). There's also a very gay yet hetero-friendly (and popular) restaurant adjacent to the hotel. But if you don't want to be awakened by loud children in the pool at 8am, steer clear of here.

NEEDS REPAIRS
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/7/06
The hotel itself looks great but once inside the room, we found; Closet doors off their track, Loose bolts on the toilet, Loose bathroom faucet, MOLD in the shower, DIRT and HAIR in the bathtub, SOMEONE'S SOCK left from previous stay, cheap toiletries and a VERY uncomfortable bed. Although the location to downtown palm springs is great, we wound NEVER stay there again. The CHECKIN/OUT TIMES are REALLY from 4PM & 11AM, NOT what is stated on the various travel websites.

It was good!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/18/06
As soon as we arrived and saw the hotel - we were very dissapointed and wanted to find something else - we thought it was too expensive ($99 per night) for such kinda cheap-looking motel. But then, firm matress, great pool and family type of residents made us feel very comfortable, and we decided to stay. Location was good too. Would recommend for families and couples.
