Ameristar Casino Kansas City, Kansas City

I can't express in words how much I loved my stay at this hotel. During my stay I was treated like a king and for good reason...the price is a bit much. We ended up locking ourselves out of our room, after calling the front desk, the manager (jeffrey) came to the room and personally hand delivered the key himself. While walking back and forth to the casino floor I was greeted by Nicole, who has to be one of the most friendliest people in the world. When I checked out, valet pulled my car right up to the front door. I spent a lot for the room and I lost my *** on the casino floor. It was well worth it, Ameristar's staff is top-notch!

What I like about this place is that the crab legs are awesome on friday.And What's not to like they have shows,gambling,a place where people watch & feed your kids IT'S AWESOME!

I like the horizens buffet and the workers,they are so nice and polite. Just wish i could win big for once. I love the decor, the sky on the ceiling is beautiful,and the whol place is so clean.Dawn L. Beckett

I love this place!! I always have a great time and never leave hungry. The staff is fantastic, they recognize you and greet you with real warmth not as if you are just an ordinary person, but like a friend. I would recommend that everyone pay a visit. I wish I lived closer, but when I get a chance to go somewhere this is where I head.

I don't really know what to say. If you're looking for a one night get away within the city, this is the place to do it. Great experience..........period!!

So much to do. For the family..dine, shop and play. A great kidsitting playspace gives the parents a chance to gamble and "play" themselves. Have been there for business conferences as well...very accomodating.

I had a great time there. Brought a Friend. Came back again with another friend. So much to do! I didn't even have to leave the Casino to find some extra fun.

It is just an exciting place to and spend some money and see some good entertainment. The dining is excellant, a large variety of foods to choose from. The gambling is always fun and usually you can win a little, and it is close to home for a two day get away.

It was great if you like to be pampered.You are also a winner even if you do not go to the casino, it was a great time and a lot of fun.

The only thing that I didn't like about Ameristar's hotel is the fact that you have to drive so far just to get to it, but there's always something to do once you get there.
