Riverside Terrace, New York

The rooms were small. But having said that, the prices are very good for NY. The location was wonderful, the upper west side is so nice. I'd stay at this place again, I hope to again soon.

Riverside does not have cable, wireless internet connection is very poor, and the biggest lie I ever heard is the hotel boasting of "river front views". The main residents of the riverside consist of NYIT college students who dorm there and whacked out long term reidents. In my opinion neither the students not the long term residents find themselves well off there and are basically stuck there. The 90 dollar overnight rooms are literally closet spaces with a terrible homeless smell lingering in the hallways. However, I've been dorming there for two years and probably will return for another few months due to its convenient location. Also gotta give kudos to the staff there which is really friendly and layed back.
