Nice place to stay...:)

We stay here often and love the service. The beds are comfortable and clean as is the bathroom!! The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is awesome. We did have a problem with the TV at one point..it was changing channels on its own! The only 'noise' we had a problem with was with a few unruly children running and yelling in the hallway. We would recommend this hotel again and will return often!

I booked our hotel for a one-night stay. It was a last minute, family emergency. I was flying in, then driving there, for a total of over 1,500 miles. We had never seen this hotel, had no idea what to expect. Our room at LaQuinta, Melbourne, FL, was clean and very nice. All the staff we came in contact with were friendly and helpful. It was an emotional time for our family, and the hotel employees were willing to do whatever we needed to make our short stay very easy on us! Thank you.

Renovation in progress

They are in the process of renovations. Staff friendly, room was like every other room I have ever been in. The advantage to this site is the proximity to good restaurants and tons of shopping. You can see it from I-95 so it is easy to get to. Ten minutes from Washington Nationals spring training site.
