Don't count on your reservation

The hotel was nice but when we arrived, our reservation was given away, even after we confirmed prior to arriving. They would forget to follow through with the wake up call requests. We also reserved a room for an additional night after going to another city and upon our return, again they gave our room away and decided to make reservation for us for another hotel and didn't even provide free transportation to compensate for their errors. It was a very frustrating experience. I will not be returning to this hotel at all!

The Hotel was awsom I had what I want rest and have good time too.it is in a very good location. i harrdly recomend it.
