Never Again!

We had a supposed "maintenance man" come through our door unannounced at 11:00 pm and stand there. Seems a lot of people have cards with access to your room. We contacted both the front desk who claimed not to know anything about it? We followed up with staff, manager and Hyatt Customer Service and never received a reply. Watch your back..

The hotel is well built and very clean. The clerks are extremely friendly (unless you dont like the Chicago Bears Football team!). Its in a quiet area... but not to close to downtown. ONE BAD THING... There is not one microwave in the building! You'll see why that hurts for long stays. Recommended by me.

Worth the drive from downtown

Our family stayed in this hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend last year. The room was clean, modern and spacious. It's really a value-for-money experience. The kids loved the flat screen TV and refused to leave the room for sightseeing in the morning. The service was excellent. We had a little trouble with the room rates when we booked over the internet. The AGM of the hotel assisted us immediately and our balance was refunded to us in no time. The staff were also extremely helpful during the reservation process and during our entire stay. The breakfast was sumptous. Better than most breakfast offered at hotels. However, do get down early for breakfast cos seats in the small dining area run out quick. There's also a great pizza place next block. Though the location is a 30+mins away from Downtown Chicago. It's definitely worth the drive for the luxurious stay vs the cost u pay. :-)
