Rodeway Inn Fargo, Fargo

When we checked in we were told go park by door H so we did the snow was piled up on sidewalk and the ice was thick also there was ice hanging fron the roof they also have a partial roof with a hole in the center that you had to walk under and there was ice hanging from there to when we were going in my grandson feel so i was not happy. I went to the front desk and asked them to come and look and he said why is there ice i said ya it is terrible and my grandson feel the front desk person came down and said what you want me to go on the roof and knocked the ice off and i said no and he said do you want me to check you out i said no and went in my room. The desk person should of said i will block this entrance off and use this entrance instead and i'm sorry we did not realize it was that bad is your grandson ok but nothing was said at all.We took the kids to the pool area and when we walked in the floor had old gum stuck to it un heathy plus the hot tube has not been cleaned in a long long time it was dark yellow and gross. plus they had no power so the air was not curculating so they should not of even had the pool area open. I told the kids to go back to the room and we grabbed our bags and checked out we did not even get an offer of a refund. this matter should go to the health department for the safety of other customers.The people at the desk were not concerned with our safety at all.

Rooms were dirty. Front desk staff were not friendly. Luckily we got the room for alot cheaper than the $70.00 a night. Pool and Hot tub both needed a good cleaning.

Its convenience to the hospital and the restarants were so close, infact within easy walking distance.
