Bad experience

I reserved rooms at the Fairfield inn for me and my wedding guest. Everyone checked in their rooms and paid with cash and credit cards. The room that i stayed in had bed bugs, so they changed the room for me. After we stayed for 2 nights everyone checked out. Some guest paid cash and others paid with their credit cards. When i returned from my honeymoon the following weekend, i found that my visa card had been charged 4 times for the other guest rooms. I never authorized them to charge my account for any rooms. My room was paid for by my husband on a different card. So, as a result my account was overdrawn and visa card cancelled due to the error created by fairfield inn. I will never stay at the fairfield inn in Mobile, Al again. All they can say is that they are sorry. Thanks alot Marriott!
