Hampton Inn Portland-Airport, Portland

The Hampton Inn is perfect for the business man or woman on the go. The Inn is close to the airport, easily accessable from the freeways with fair places to eat nearby. That is if you ever get hungry again after sampling their 'complimentary breakfast'. This consisted of biscuits and gravy one morning, eggs and sausauge the next and french toast on yet another morning. This is just the main course. They had fruit bowls, bananas, apples, yorgurt, muffins, donuts, bagels, orange juice, coffee...this was a feast fit for a king, or queen such is the case. Their pool is closed for the winter, and offer full use of the Sheridan Inn's pool and work out room, open 24 hours a day and just across the parking lot. Absolutely heavenly! The main lobby has a huge screen television, many tables and chairs for dining and a computer with internet access. The computer has a 15 minute use limit so you never have to wait for long. The maid service was divine! I've never come across maids that are so perceptive and considerate. They are an integral part of what makes the Hampton work! Overall, an enjoyable experience.
