Harrah's Casino Tunica, Robinsonville

I hated it because your casino put a hold on my bank debit card.

We just returned (6/20-6/22) from Harrah's Tunica and I must tell y'all - it was a great place to be- lots of friendly, helpful staff and gueststoo. It was llike everyone bonded to be kind and nice to each other. No staff ever made you feel like they were to take your money- they just wanted you to have a good time and enjoy yourself- So I will go back again and again. You should try it- you won't be sorry!!

We stayed at the Terrace. Check-in was very easy and simple, no lines. The main problem we had was carrying in our luggage. There was nowhere to park and unload and a valet was nowhere to be found and we were never asked if we needed one. We had to parked across from the hotel and carry in our luggage which was a good walk which wasn't alot of fun in the heat. The room was very nice and clean and had lots of room. The people on staff were very courteous and helpful. The casino is located across the street which is about 1/2 of a mile and there were shuttles going 24 hours so it was never a problem to get to and from the casino. The casino was very nice but I was not impressed with the restrooms. They did not seemed to be as clean as some of the other casinos we visited in Tunica. The paper towel holders never seem to work and big rolls of paper towels were sitting on the sinks and everything seemed to always be wet. We ate at the buffet. The food was very good but the service was terrible. Once we were served our beverages, we never saw our hostess again. There were tables that were not cleared off and I found this hard to understand since it was not very busy when we were there. Overall, enjoyed our stay at the Terrace and would definitely go back again.

we won`t stay any where else . the staff are wonderful.the room was clean and comfortable.we loved our stay.we will be back!it was so close to our favorite casino the grand.the service was outstanding.the food was great.

My wife and I Loved the Rooms and the location. We also enjoyed gambling at the Grand Hotel and Casino. The Grand Buffet is quite scruptious as well.

Just back from a gambling junket to the Grand ... the hotel was lovely, clean, rooms big, staff very helpful. Nothing better than southern hospitality. The casino itself was very, very smokey . . . although they do have one section for non smokers. The slots were TIGHT and the buffet's food decent .. most items not served very hot. The Grand Casino is very isolated, nothing close. Although the ground were well maintained and appeared to have plenty to do weather permitting . . One good thing about Tunica, there is a Casino Shuttle bus that will take you to most casinos. Left the Grand, gambled at Horseshoe and Gold Strike ...might have just been the luck of the draw, but gaming at these two casinos was very impressive. I doubt I would gamble again at the Grand ...

I was thouroughly impressed with the Service personnel and their kind attention. I was very impressed with the Lobby of the Hotel, but not the shuttling distance or the smell of the bedding in the room. It is my understanding that the Hotel which is connected to the Casino is for "High rollers". I would hope that all overnight accomodations would be of equal importance for all consumers. They accommodated us late in the afternoon on a walkup basis. We chose to stay at the hotel right next to the Grand Casino. It was more expensive but very convenient. We had a non-smoking, king bed, room. Room was large and very clean. The free wireless internet worked great in the room. Had none of the connection problems listed in other reviews from persons who stayed at the two outlying hotels on the Grand property. The Buffet was o.k. but not as plentiful as we were accustomed to at the Biloxi and Gulfport Grand properties – pre Katrina. Slots were somewhat loose, but still managed to leave them a "donation". Everyone of their staff we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. Overall we had a great stay and will go back again.

I'll never go back to this hotel. The hotel is clean, but thats the only thing it had going for it. The service was absolutely rude and shameless of their actions. I was lied to by clerks and then lied to again by supervisors. They were not willing to take care of their customers, but willing to congregrate and do nothing productive. I can understand if clerks are rude and unwilling to help, but when a suprvisor acts the way this one did, it must be coming from the top positions that this is the way to treat customers. Unfortunately for them they lost out on a future customer who will bring atleast $10,000 a month to them. I guess they don't need that money.

Hotel staff was rude--People were actually walking in the lobby with lit cigarettes--carpet was dirty...Our room was depressing--the bedding was old and worn-the pool was a large concrete slab with water in the middle--no landscaping or restaurant services. NL from Louisiana
