Holiday Inn Express Alliance, Alliance

Our guests enjoyed staying at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very accomodating with our needs. We were able to get room assignments beforehand so everyone could find each other. The staff also gave out our informational packet to each guest as he/she checked in. The sales personnel gave us room rates which were affordable. The continental breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of food. Our rooms were comfortable. The suites were a little smaller than expected but no one seemed to mind. We were given a meeting room one night, free of charge. Two things which could be improved. First, a couple of guests were told that no rooms were left in our block when, in fact, there were rooms left. A call to the sales manager resolved this issue and the guests were put in our block. Secondly, the pet policy is a bit restrictive. Those with pets stayed at another location. Otherwise, we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to block a number of rooms. We would also use this hotel again.
